Again, as India played hosts to the Australian cricket team in September October season of 2017, the 5 match ODI series was rounded up 4-1 in favor of hosts. Hardik Pandya was lauded for his outstanding all round performance. Pandya made 222 runs at an average of 55.50 with 2 fifties, and got 6 wickets in the series.
